I am interested in supervising projects that are in the area of Cognitive Science or Human-Computer Interaction.

A project might involve computational modeling, or building an interface inspired by psychological theory or social science, or it might involve collecting data concerning human behaviour.

2. How do people use touch-screen displays. Can a computational model of sensorimotor control help improve touch-screen software design?

3. How do people decide whether to trust an online seller. Can game theory help?

4. Do people automatically think of the internet when faced with difficult questions? The effect of the internet on human memory.

5. How do people divide friends, family and colleagues into social circles using social media.
