Intended audience: Postgraduate
The Postgraduate Seminar series provides an informal, fun and almost entirely cake-free environment for presenting your research to your peers. Research students are expected to give at least one or two talks during their PhD. The seminar can be used to present an embryonic idea, work-in-progress, or a polished paper, or serve as a practice run for a conference talk. It's also an opportunity to find out what your fellow students actually do.
