- Monday 25th June: Science and Engineering Discovery Day
- The Discovery day is a fun and exciting opportunity for year 11 students to find out more about Science and Engineering.
- Sunday 19th June: The University of Birmingham Community Day
- The School of Computer Science will be running ‘legorobotics’ workshops throughout the day in the Great Hall as a part of the University of Birmingham’s Community Day. This activity is suitable for children aged 7+.
- Last Tuesday of every month: Welcome Cookie Break
- Welcoming new staff and researchers, at our first ever CS Welcome Cookie Break, in the CS common room (123) at 1.10pm.
- Friday 15th June: The Computing at Schools Teachers Conference 2012
- Hosted by the University of Birmingham's School of Computer Science, the 2012 Teachers conference offers a unique opportunity for colleagues to share ideas, resources and techniques for teaching computing in classrooms around the country.
