Notes

• Note 1 You have to take either the 10 credit Fundamentals Software Engineering module, or the two Software Engineering modules 26425 and 26426.
• Note 2 All students will have the opportunity to take a placement test at the start of the programme. Students who pass the test will automatically follow Stream 2. Students who fail the test, or choose not to take the test, will automatically follow Stream 1. Students on Stream 1 must pass the workshop modules before being allowed to proceed to the project.
• Note 3 Not all options may be available in any particular year. Some option combinations are only available if the timetable permits. As students may have to make preliminary option choices before timetables are available, changes may be needed later if there are clashes. In selecting options, students need to pay attention to pre- and co-requisites.
• Note 4 Students' individual programmes of study must be approved by the Programme Director (as the nominee of the Head of School).
