Research Student - Forms

The following forms are available here.

The file "RSMG1 form" (.doc) is an electronic version, unpersonalized, of the RSMG1 form that you were given on paper in your induction pack. You may prefer to use this so that you have an electronic record of your abstract. Hand in a printout of it.
The file "RSMG forms" (.pdf, .doc) includes all the RSMG report forms RSMG2, RSMG3, etc. that need to be filled in at your Thesis Group meetings. Note that personalized forms can be obtained from the Research Students Tutor. The ones here are for use in emergencies.
Form GRS2 (.doc) is for monthly formal supervision records.
Form GRS1A (.docx, .pdf) is to be used for planning your skills development, and attached to forms RSMG1, RSMG4 and RSMG6.
