        The M-code Instruction Set (target architecture for the high
        level poplog virtual machine compiler). For each M-code there is
        a procedure responsible for translating that M-code into the
        equivalent target machine assembler.

    popc
        This is a quick summary of the new compilation/linking setup,

        trying to rebuild Poplog V15.53 for the DEC Alpha with Digital
        unix.

        This spells out in more detail how to recreate a corepop image
        if you have at least one pop-11 executable that works on your
        machine.
