I'm a Research Associate at the School of Computer (University of Birmingham) and a member of the Advanced Interaction Group.

Research Interests

I have a number of different research interests such as the general field of human-computer interaction (HCI), affective computing, virtual humans and embodied agents, annotation in multimedia systems, and educational gaming.

Other Activities

I also organise weekly seminars for the Advanced Interaction Group where speakers from industry and academia gives talks related to HCI. We meet on Tuesdays at 3pm - an overview of recent and upcoming talks can be found here.
