Humble greetings, anonymous reader. This website, my personal homepage at the School of Computer Science at the University of Birmingham, is an introduction to my research here and teaching.

I have moved to Istanbul to live. However, I am still a visiting researcher at Birmingham and am planning on carrying on my research there. I am using this website to maintain my research presence.

My PhD research is in computer vision aimed at producing a physics-aware visual tracking system. The purpose of this is to explore physical cognition from a different angle, as well as to make potentially useful inroads into the problem of visual tracking itself; I try to proceed incrementally with each step producing something of value to the cognitive robotics community. More information can be found on my research interests and publications pages. If you are interested in what you read, do contact me and we can start a protracted but productive discourse.

If you are are a student here, desirous to contact me, or interested in pedagogy, you can find information about my teaching and my timetable. Lastly, and most humbly, you can find my extended biography.

Here is something that I think:

Saying Mind=Brain is like saying Making Smoothies==Banana
