Poster Formatting

Several papers have been accepted for poster presentation during a special poster session. Authors presenting a paper orally are not expected to also present the paper as a poster.

Posters should be small enough to fit on 95 x 95 cm poster boards. These will comfortably accommodate one A1 size poster or two of A2 size. Other than size constraints, we do not have strict formatting regulations. However we recommend that you follow these guidelines, or these to help you improve your presentation.

The time and date of the poster session will be announced in the workshop programme. Poster pins will be provided.
