All researchers should be able to present their work to an audience. There are some basic skills which should not be neglected. These can be summed up as: preparation; structure and evaluation and improvement.

    - Chapter 14 (pp 225-248) is relatively lengthy guide to giving presentations. The author states (p. 5) "Almost certainly you will disagree with some of the points given in this book, but at least exposure to another's opinion should lead you to justify your choice of style.".
