Use the scroll bars at the side to move up and down. You can use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to retrace your tracks if necessary; "Back" is the most useful one, taking you back a screen. Within text, click on the blue highlighted areas to explore them. Occasionally, a separate window will pop up with other information or images in - just type "q" in the window to remove it.

Some screens take longer to load than others - an indication that the system is busy is given by the watch cursor, and the rotating Earth on the top right of the screen.
