Design Approach
Design Approach
There are many different approaches you can take to designing something, and many different tools and techniques that can be employed. You need to consider the general design process carefully, and consider the hardware and software that you will be using. The final product is likely to depend strongly on the choices of hardware and software used, past conventions, as well as the suitability to the task in hand.
Questions that you ought to consider once you understand the process are of the following sorts: WIMP interface or command line? What input/output devices, what hardware, software tools? Will we use interface guidelines? - if so, which ones?
