make it sure it makes it sense especially copy paste causes problems sometimes and editing needs careful

make sure that each point is made clearly and without lots of stuff around it cos you need to be as clear as you possibly can else it's not as clear as it can be

make sure you gert yyour spelling rite

colour is important

so is using it in the right places without overdoing it

lots of people use fonts of different sizes
