A technique called Basic Object-Oriented GP (Basic OOGP) is proposed that manipulates object instances incorporated in a computer program being represented as a linear array. Basic OOGP is applied to the even-parity problem and compared to GP, Liquid State GP and Traceless GP. The results indicate that OOGP can solve certain problems with smaller populations and fewer generations.", affiliation = "School of Computer Science, Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K1S 5B6, Canada", bibdate = "2011-07-04", bibsource = "DBLP, http://dblp.uni-trier.de/db/conf/ieaaie/ieaaie2011-1.html#WhiteFO11", }
