We are inviting applications for the post of Network Coordinator and Research Associate for this network. The role of the network coordinator is to set up, promote and grow the network, to liaise with members, other networks and industrial partners, and to manage the activities of the network. We also expect the coordinator to help with reporting, independent research, software development and other related tasks. Applicants should possess excellent analytical, problem solving, software development, communications and inter-personal skills. They should hold a good first degree and, preferably, a postgraduate degree in computer science/engineering or a related discipline. A background and/or experience in natural computation and creative design is an advantage, but not essential. The post is available immediately, until 31 December 2005 in the first instance. Starting salary will be in the range of GBP19,460 - GBP21,640 a year.
