I am a doctoral researcher at School of Computer Science, University of Birmingham, working under the supervision of Professor Russell Beale and Dr Robert J. Hendley. My research interest is on behaviour change intervention. I am particularly interested in investigating how smartphone apps can be used to support the formation of new habits or breaking bad habits.
